Featured Artist, Spun Stories, EDITIONS 2019

Each year TACIT Art Galleries showcased Victorian printmakers to celebrate the State’s diverse printmaking platforms. Over 50 printmakers were selected each year for a decade and a new initiative introduced a Featured Artist to which Lisa Sewards was the invited printmaker for 2019.

Sewards exhibited a survey of her practice, including works specially created for the exhibition, in a body of work titled Spun Stories. It was presented as a solo exhibition in one gallery space alongside the EDITIONS exhibition. Lisa Sewards has been selected in each EDITIONS show since its creation and inception.
