FPS Artists Book Prize Recipient Exhibition 2023

The FPS Artists Book Prize is held biennially and in 2022 Lisa Sewards was the winning recipient of the Incorporation of Text category, one of the three categories presented, for her concertina artist book titled Displaced. Des Cowley, Rare Printed Collection Manager State Library Victoria, and Angela Cavalieri, Artist and recipient of a Creative Fellowship at The State Library Victoria, both judged and awarded the prizes. The finalists exhibition was held during Melbourne’s Book Week in May 2023 with Sewards’ showcasing a selection of newly created Scroll Artist Books.
